When you use TriggerText, you get access to all of the following three online marketing products, to turn your online marketing campaign into an effective one.
Product 1 - TriggerMatchMost email newsletters and marketing these days take a 'one size fits all' approach, where one message is sent to all customers or patrons who have signed up for email notifications, regardless of their age, preferences and interests.
This approach can be 'hit and miss', since untargeted emailing may result in your customers receiving information not relevant to their specific situations.
For example, if your customer lives in Chicago, they may not want to know of sales happening in New York.
If your customer is a woman, she may be very interested in a new jewellery sale, but may be less interested in
finding out about the new fishing equipment in store. A college student looking for a one-bedroom
apartment to rent, will probably have no interest in finding out about new luxury penthouses for purchase.
Some email marketing tools allow you to isolate subgroups of email customers based on the data they have input
(geographical location, age etc), but this still requires the webmaster to manually tailor email messages for
each group, and then monitor the effectiveness of each campaign, which can be time-consuming and resource-intensive.
Imagine a situation where each of your customers automatically
receives notification from you of new products and services,
each one tailored to that customer's needs, interests and desires.
TriggerText allows the setting up of online customisable templates, where customers,
who wish to receive notifications of your new products, services and events,
complete an online wizard indicating what information they wish to receive.
The only thing you are then required to do is to import you product,
service and event information into TriggerText (which can easily be done in a variety of methods.

From then on, TriggerText does the rest. The matching of new events and products to customer preferences,
and the automated sending out of emails (which can be tailored to any look-and-feel you wish)
is all controlled by TriggerText.
We also include links in emails allowing customers to alter their notification preferences online,
or to un-subscribe as they wish.
TriggerText is an online software tool, meaning you need not download anything,
and do not require any software on your side to set up and administer your TriggerText account.

Product 2 - TriggerAdsContextual advertising is something used widely by search engines, such as Google and Bing, who display online adverts alongside
search results based on search keywords, geographic location and other variables.
TriggerText now allows you to include context-specific advertising in your notification emails,
to ensure that whatever advertising appears in the email is congruent with your customer's interests and preferences.
If, for example, your customer has requested to only receive notification of new properties in London,
including an advert of a company that offers bond and mortgage services out of Bristol,
will probably not elicit the desired interest.
Likewise, if your customer wants to only know about weekend flight specials,
including advertising of month-long cruise-ship specials, is possibly out of their price and time bracket.
With TriggerAds, you the administrator can choose when an advertisement should appear in an email,
and when not. Then, when customers receive their email notifications of your new products
and services (through the matching process described above), TriggerText will check to see if
any adverts meet the criteria to be included in their emails. The ordering of emails, and
the maximum number of adverts that can be included in emails, can also be controlled within TriggerText.
TriggerText also tracks each time a client clicks on one of the adverts,
giving you valuable feedback on the effectiveness of adverts, even across different customer types.

Product 3 - TriggerStatsSince your customers input their desired notification criteria, this data can prove very valuable in gaining insight into customer demographics and preferences.
View statistics like customers' tendency to click on links, what information they are interested in seeing, their geographic location, how many emails customers have received, new subscriptions and subscription cancels per month.

What, in a nutshell, is TriggerText?
TriggerText is an intelligent text notification system,
primarily aimed (but not restricted to) email and mobile phone text notifications.
Whereas most notification systems and email newsletters take a 'one size fits all' approach,
TriggerText allows your customer to explicitly set
which information they wish to receive, and which information they don't.
How does TriggerText achieve customised content?
TriggerText achieve customised content through the use of templates.
Every business, service and product offering is different, with varying fields etc.
Details of a clothing sale differ from details of a computer sale, for example.
TriggerText, is thus flexible enough to cater for any kind of field (number, text, date, time and so on),
which allows the creation of 2 online templates:
Then, at predefined times, the TriggerText matching engine looks at all new events, and matches them to all active notification recipients. Based on notification criteria, only relevant events are singled out and included in an email or text message to that notification recipient. Your customer thus only gets the information they want!
So I need to create a template based on what I sell, and then capture the details of
each new product or service into TriggerText.

Which companies are suited to use TriggerText most effectively?
