In order to send out automated emails from TriggerText, a template is generated within TriggerText, based on your company's notification data setup.
The template sets out which fields will need to be captured (from your customers' side and from your side) to make notifications possible.

Based on the template created in step 1, an online wizard is generated, which allows your customers to indicate their notification criteria.
All your website needs to do is to include a link to the online wizard, which is hosted by Triggertext.
The wizard can easily be rebranded to your company's own look and feel.

Based on the template created in step 1, your company then loads new events into Triggertext, either online (through a wizard) or through an import process.
The TriggerText matching engine then matches loaded events, with each customer's notification criteria.
Where the two match (and the notification criteria are satisfied), the event becomes eligible to be included in the customer's notification email.
When customer emails are ready to be sent, only matched events are included in each customer's email, ensuring that each customer only receives notification on events that successfully match their requested criteria.
Email content is therefore customised per customer.
